When to call
- Locked out of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and the only admin is gone, unreachable, or was never really known.
- Email is down, bouncing, landing in spam, or silently not arriving after a domain, DNS, or provider change.
- Your previous IT person or provider left, retired, disappeared, or the relationship ended badly, and they still hold the keys.
- A password, MFA device, or recovery phone that everything depended on is no longer available.
- The domain, website, or mail is registered under an ex-employee's or old vendor's personal account.
What a rescue looks like
A short call plus whatever access exists. You get a plain-language read of what is actually broken and the fixed fee.
Regain admin control through the proper Microsoft or Google ownership process, fix mail flow, DNS, and logins, and restore service.
Admin access lands with the business owner, with recovery options that do not depend on any single person or vendor.
A dated log of what was found, what was changed, and what to watch. Useful for the next provider, insurance, or just sleeping at night.
After the rescue
Most rescues reveal the same thing: the systems worked, but nobody owned them. The natural next step is a fixed-fee cleanup of accounts, access, and licenses, and the cleanup fee is credited if you move onto the Outside IT plan, so the rescue is the last emergency instead of the first of many.
