Will we lose email during the migration?

No mail should be lost in a properly sequenced migration. Old mail is copied before cutover, DNS is switched in a planned window, and both sides are checked afterward. The cutover is scheduled outside your busy hours and you get a written plan of exactly what happens when.

What does a migration cost?

A flat per-mailbox price fixed in writing at the scope check, based on where mail lives today, mailbox sizes, and what else moves with it, such as calendars, contacts, and shared drives. Thirty days of post-move support is included in the price.

Can you migrate between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. Supported moves include old POP or IMAP hosting to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, GoDaddy or web-host email to either platform, tenant-to-tenant moves after a rebrand or split, and moves between Workspace and Microsoft 365 in either direction.

That is the fixed-fee cleanup and the Outside IT plan, and migration clients get the cleanup credited if they take the monthly plan within the support window.
