A referral fee is available on closed work, agreed per partner in writing before the first introduction.
VXSec can work under your brand where client communication, approvals, and responsibilities are agreed up front.
Reports are written so you can present them: clean structure, no jargon walls, and no sales pitch buried inside.
Your client stays your client. VXSec does not sell adjacent services into referred accounts without your agreement, full stop.

Boundaries
VXSec does not take over client relationships, recurring support, helpdesk queues, device management, or broad IT coverage. Partner work is scoped around a defined cleanup outcome with a start, an end, and a deliverable. If a referred client asks VXSec for something in your lane, they get pointed back to you.
