How a partner engagement runs
What you do
- Own the client relationship, the contract, and the invoice.
- Name one project lead on your side. All questions and decisions go through them, in writing.
- Present the handoff and the reports as your own. They are written to be read by your client.
What VXSec does
- Writes the plan and fixed price for you to mark up or pass through.
- Delivers on the spec, verifies with evidence, runs the security pass, and writes the handoff.
- Works with the least access that does the job, granted through your client's admin, removed at handoff.
What VXSec does not do
- No direct contact with your client unless you ask for it.
- No upsell to your client, during or after the engagement.
- No public mention of your client, ever. On the VXSec site, clients are described, never named.
- No work outside the written plan without a written change and a written price.
Pricing for partners
Partner pricing is set in writing per engagement. The public from-prices on the services page are the floor: builds from $2,500 USD, infrastructure work from $1,500, retainers from $1,500 a month, security reviews from $2,500. Volume and repeat work are priced in the plan, not negotiated after the fact.
To start: send one real client problem through the plan and price form and mark it "partner" in the first line. The plan comes back addressed to you.
