- Build and integrate. An internal application, an AI workflow, or a connection between your client's tools, built to a written plan and verified on real data before handoff. Details
- Repair and improve. A system your client depends on that is failing, slow, or fragile, diagnosed and fixed, including the cloud, infrastructure and identity underneath it: hosting and deployments, migrations, databases, access, OAuth, and DNS and TLS. Details
- Ongoing engineering. After an assessment, VXSec looks after your client's named systems month to month inside an agreed capacity, reporting to you. Details
- Security review and hardening. A scoped review of access, credentials, authorization and release controls, with evidence-backed findings and remediation, delivered as a written report you present. Fixes are implemented and rechecked where included in the agreed plan. Details
How a partner engagement runs
What you do
- Own the client relationship, the contract, and the invoice.
- Name one project lead on your side. All questions and decisions go through them, in writing.
- Present the handoff and the reports as your own. They are written to be read by your client.
What VXSec does
- Writes the plan and fixed price for you to mark up or pass through.
- Delivers on the spec, verifies with evidence, runs the security pass, and writes the handoff.
- Works with the least access that does the job, granted through your client's admin, removed at handoff.
What VXSec does not do
- No direct contact with your client unless you ask for it.
- No upsell to your client, during or after the engagement.
- No public mention of your client without written permission.
- No work outside the written plan without a written change and a written price.
Pricing for partners
Partner work is priced the same way as direct work: a fixed price after a written plan. Any margin or white-label arrangement is agreed in writing before the engagement starts.
To start: send one real client problem through the plan and price form and mark it "partner" in the first line. The written reply comes back addressed to you.
