Send the problem in writing.

Tell VXSec what you are running, what should happen, and what happens instead. Within two business days you get a written scope, a fixed price, what is out, and how the work will be verified. No call needed to get a number.

You get back

  • A fixed price in USD.
  • What is out of scope.
  • How the result will be verified before it is called done.

Prefer plain email? Write to [email protected] with the same three things.

Prefer to talk it through after the scope arrives? Book 30 minutes.

Before you send

How fast is the reply?

A written scope and a fixed price within two business days of your message. If the problem needs a question answered first, that question comes by email the same day it is read.

What if it is urgent?

Say so. Put the word "urgent" in the first line of your message and it is read first. Something broken that is costing you money today gets a same-day reply where possible.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any access is granted. Send yours with the message, or ask for a short mutual one.

Do I have to fill in every field?

No. Name, email, and the problem are enough. The rest saves a round of questions.
