What they had
The client runs a paid community for mortgage agents and needed its member operations to run without an admin doing everything by hand: adding new members, upgrading the ones who paid, and posting the weekly threads.
What was done
VXSec designed and built the system. Circle is set up as three tiers of spaces, each with its own access. New members land in Airtable and the right Circle space without manual entry, and a Stripe payment moves the member up to the paid tier and opens its space.
One Airtable base sits behind it all, tracking members, payments, events, approvals and accountability submissions. Weekly discussion threads, replay posts and accountability posts run as automations.
The result
Six automations live in the client's workspace at handoff, with setup documentation included.
